As a Provider on RapidAPI, it is essential to understand the meaning of Payment Statuses reflected in your dashboard.
When your Payment Status shows as Pending or Declined, it means that the transaction was unsuccessful. A Pending Payment Status indicates that our payment processor will retry the transaction up to five times to complete the process. However, if all retry attempts fail, the Payment Status will change to Declined.
A Declined Payment Status means that the transaction has completely failed and no further retry attempts will be made. As a result, the API Subscriber will not be able to create new subscriptions on our platform until this payment is successful.
Please note that as a result of this Declined Payment Status, there will be no payout for the transaction unless it is successfully paid in the future and changes to a Paid Payment Status.
