If for any reason you would like to request a refund for subscription services on RapidAPI you will need to reach out to our support team to mediate any possible return of funds with the API provider.
The reason we'll need to get approval from the API Provider directly is that RapidAPI is the API Hub that empowers developers to consume APIs & API Provider to list/sell their APIs to developers. Note that there is no guarantee of a refund for unused subscription, this is at the sole discretion of the API provider. RapidAPI doesn't actually own or manage any of the APIs on the platform.
Generally speaking we are only able to help with refunds within 30 days of the charge, this is because after 30 days we release those funds to the provider and it is out of our ability to give back to the subscriber.
